Restorative Dentistry

Whether you’re planning future orthodontic treatment, hope to replace a missing tooth with a dental implant or one day plan to get a smile makeover, we’re here to make your vision a reality. Your preferences and concerns are a key factor when it comes to planning the best treatments for your unique situation. We’ll never press you into a therapy that you don’t want or need.

Depending on your circumstances, you can choose from various restorative treatments to make your smile whole again. Some of our more popular therapies include
Dental Implants
Do you have a missing tooth? Dental implants are the gold standard for modern tooth replacement treatment. The biocompatible device integrates with your supporting bone, permanently fusing it into place. Each implant is designed to perform and feel similar to natural teeth, providing you with the freedom to enjoy all your favourite foods.

Implants can also be paired together for multi-tooth restorations. Avoid the need for a removable partial denture by affixing a dental bridge onto as few as two implants total. Hybrid, full-arch solutions may also be available.

Unlike most other types of restorative treatments, dental implants have the potential to last for decades if not the life of the patient. So long as they are maintained properly through good home care and regular checkups, investing in an implant is one of the smartest choices you can make in your smile’s future.
Crowns and Bridges
When your tooth is broken or missing, we can incorporate high-quality ceramic crown and bridgework to restore your smile in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Each one is customised to match surrounding teeth, making it almost indistinguishable from the rest of your smile.

Full coverage crowns are ideal for situations involving excessive wear, fractures or large areas of decay. The ‘cap’ slips over your tooth to distribute normal biting and chewing pressure. With the added protection, you can extend the overall life expectancy of your tooth instead of planning for an extraction. Crowns are also frequently paired with root canal therapy and single dental implant restoration.

Bridges are an alternative to dental implants for patients who may not qualify or who have teeth that need added reinforcement. Dental bridges function similar to crowns in that the ends slip over supporting teeth but they suspend an artificial tooth between them. We typically use bridgework to replace 1-2 missing teeth at a time, so long as there are healthy teeth on either side to provide support. Longer 3-4 tooth bridges can also be paired with dental implants.
A Vision for Your Smile’s Future
Partnering with experienced, friendly dentists makes it simpler for your family to enjoy healthy teeth for life. Fortunately, most common dental problems are preventable. Throughout the years we’ll work to intercept minor issues while they’re smaller and more affordable to correct. But when unexpected emergencies arise, we’re here to get you back on track as soon as possible.

When we create your customised care plan, it will outline the various stages of care involved (including appointments and fees). We’ll work by your side to draft a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle needs and priorities.
